Forchel The western lands of Middle Earth hold the vast snowy plains for Forchel. Tolkien only briefly mentioned these lands in his writings, but one thing was known… it was cold. I HATE leveling through Forchel, so I stop and photograph here and there and try to find some beauty in these large, white lands.

The Old Forest is one of my least favorite places. Besides the lovely Tom Bombadil’s home and the peaceful, jolly music that comes with it, the Old Forest is rather dull. Nevertheless, I was leveling my Burg in it some today for “fun”.

I think they’re the Lonely Mountain Band? or members of its group? Quite the crowd they brought to the Prancing Pony Courtyard. Horrible picture, but I didn’t want to be a jerk hobbit and get in everyone’s way (can Hobbit’s do that?)
